1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to access this website or place an order. By entering the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
2. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use. The buyer is responsible for handling, storing and using products in line with all laws that apply where they are.
3. No medical advice
Information on this website is for research and educational purposes only. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no statement has been evaluated as a health claim.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through Telegram or our contact channels. An order is binding only once we confirm availability, total price and delivery estimate in writing. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
5. Shipping
Orders ship in discreet, neutral packaging with tracking. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for any import rules that apply at the destination.
6. Returns
Because of their nature, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alpine-Pharma SA is not liable for any misuse of products, for use outside research settings, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sion, Switzerland.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
